RULES ABOUT USING MY ART:

1) Always credit me. If posting the image to Toyhouse or some other sites; CREDIT ME!! (@ xFacade-LPx on toyhouse)I do understand it can accidentally happen, trust me I've forgotten to credit before, I do always ask nicely the first & second time :32) If you use commissions you got from me as an icon, I don't need credit anywhere.3) DO NOT remove ANY watermark I add (I dont add watermarks often). and DO NOT claim any piece as your own4) No tracing & No heavy inspo (To the point it looks like tracing etc)5) COMMERCIAL USE - Commercial use of my art is prohibited, only I may use my art for profit! And slap it onto "merch"6) Preferably don't edit my art, ask first and inform me.

RULES ABOUT MY ADOPTS:

1) Credit me @ xFacade-LPx on toyhouse when creating the character.2) You do not have to tag/ping me in any drawings you make of the character you bought from me, although I am interested, you do not have to, it's not necessary.3) You are free to redesign the character as you'd wish, just don't change everything about the character.4) DO NOT steal any of my designs, DO NOT heavily reference my designs for your own.5) Do not buy my adopts just because you are conciously collecting adopts and not actually planning on using them.6) If you don't use the design in any way and want to get rid of it, let me know and I can take them off your hands so that I can either resell it or delete it. I am much more comfortable with you coming to me first before selling away my designs - I feel more comfortable with me selling my own designs. This is for very personal reasons7) DO NOT remove ANY watermark I add (Which is rarely) and DO NOT claim any piece as your own8) Users I have blocked are PROHIBITED from further obtaining my Designs. They are free to keep designs they have, however, I do not revoke (I do prefer to get designs back from users I have blocked if possible)9) COMMERCIAL USE - You may use the design for whatever you would like, you may not use the original drawing of the design for profit, but any piece you get of the character, or that you create, may be used however you would like. And ensure you ask other artists if you can use their art for Commercial Use.Remind you, when you buy a character, I personally believe that you buy almost the entire rights to it. Change it, do whatever you want to it, attach your identity to it. As long as you aren't doing creepy & degenerate shit. It should be all good!

ABOUT BASES:

1) Credit me whenever you use one of my bases. Link the base in the description AND tag me2) Do not claim or try to steal any base of mineMost of my Bases are p2u and heavily watermarked to the point it's impossible to steal it, but don't even try if you have your ways of doing it. You won't get away with it.3) You can almost never use my bases for YCH's or Commissions. I doesn't sit right with me.If I ever allowed this, I would think it's acceptable if I got half the money you made for the commission when using a base of mine
This doesn't apply when you are making adopts with my bases though.

RULES ABOUT COMMISSION ME:

1) I will always prefer you to pay me after I complete a commission. I am very slow and just in case I forget, It means I didn't scam you and it is what it is, sorry >_<" But if you have paid first and I haven't finished in a reasonable time, I will refund you, if you ask.2) I don't do complicated designs, I have an easier time doing designs that I find pleasing and more on the simple side. I will let you know if your design is complicated so don't be afraid to ask because I don't exactly know my limits at times.3) ALWAYS have a clear digital ref. I WILL NOT accept your commission if your characters ref was traditionally drawn or is shaded significantly4) Do not ask me to draw NSFW EVER.5) I have the right to turn down a commission. Do not try to convince me to do the commission after I declined. You may ask me to do the commission with a new character though - I will not simplify designs I am very bad at it6) If you'd prefer to personally contact me instead, which is fine. I will not give you my discord. But you can use dA's chatting system or DMs on toyhouse

OTHER:

1) Never ask me to do you a request. I hate requests with all my existence. I sometimes open a single request once in a blue moon but that's it.And if I were to do a request, and I forget about it or something, don't ask me about it, it's just a request, and its art I'm not being paid to do so its more or so an optional thing for me2) I won't take base edits in OTA adopts and such things.
